Given the nature of the service, consultations will be based solely on the facts given by the patient. Variation of factual information and the lack of physical examination may result in a modified medical opinion.
Good day, welcome to the CGHMC Teleconsultation Service. Before anything else, we wish to inform you that this teleconsultation is being provided for free by CGHMC volunteer doctors to continue basic services while minimizing non-admitted hospital traffic due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As such, teleconsultation service may be limited in its capacity to provide fast and accurate diagnosis and treatment that a clinic consult can provide. This service will only be available from 9am-5pm Mondays to Saturdays only. Therefore, if you feel that your concern warrants emergent or immediate care, kindly proceed to the Emergency Room nearest you. As always, in CGHMC, your safety is our priority.
Magandang araw po sa inyo at maligayang pagdating sa CGHMC Teleconsultation Service. Bago sa lahat, nais po naming ipaabot sa inyo na ang CGHMC Teleconsultation ay ipinapabahagi ng libre sa lahat ng pasyente dulot sa kapakanan ng mga boluntaryong doktor para maibawas ang pagpunta sa ospital ngayong may COVID-19 Pandemic. Dahil dito, nais po naming humingi ng pagunawa na ang teleconsultation ay may limitasyon sa pagkuha ng tumpak at mabilis na pagsusuri at paggamot depende sa sitwasyon. Maliban dito, ang teleconsultation ay gumagana lang po tuwing 8am-5pm ng Lunes hanggang Sabado. Samakatuwid, kung ang pakiramdam niyo po ay hindi makakaantay o di kaya’t emergency ang inyong problema, mas ikabubuti pong pumunta nalang agad sa pinakamalapit na Emergency Room. Sa CGHMC, ang inyong kaligtasan ay ang aming prioridad.
